Our Youth services supports 16–24-year-olds who are no longer in school, offering personalized guidance, skills training, and work experience to help you succeed in the classroom—or on the job. The Summer Earn and Learn (SEAL) program provides students with disabilities, aged 16 – 22, with work readiness training and paid work experience. SEAL is a statewide strategy that includes employability skills training and paid work experience for students with disabilities.

Note: Summer employment requires year round participation in WIOA.
