Waitlist Status
To start the process, complete the pre-screener to determine your eligibility. If you qualify, you’ll be able to complete our waitlist application. If you don’t qualify, please see our community support resources.
Enrollment in the child care scholarship program depends on available funding. Because the need for child care services is great in our community, we currently maintain a waitlist. Below is our estimated waitlist time to assist you in planning (updated monthly). We continuously monitor our funding and outreach families as soon as it is determined that funds are available by priority groups and waitlist date.

Important Waitlist Reminders
You can confirm you are on the waitlist and how long you’ve been on it through your Parent Portal. If you do not already have a Parent Portal login, please create an account to receive important messages about your waitlist status.
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) may contact you every 90 days by email, text, or through the Parent Portal to confirm that you wish to remain on the waitlist. If you do not respond, you may be removed and will need to reapply.
